ABOUT NEUROBRIDGE CONSULTING
After more than 30 years of supporting neurodivergent students and families, I founded NeuroBridge Consulting to provide individualized transition support beyond the classroom. My passion is helping each person recognize their strengths while developing the skills needed for greater independence, meaningful employment, and fulfilling relationships.

The B.R.I.D.G.E. Framework™
Every individual has unique strengths, goals, and support needs. At NeuroBridge Consulting, I use the B.R.I.D.G.E. Framework™ to create personalized, strengths-based plans that promote confidence, independence, and long-term success.
B – Build Understanding
We begin by getting to know the whole person—their experiences, goals, interests, learning style, and current challenges. This creates a strong foundation for meaningful growth.
R – Reveal Strengths and Differences
Rather than focusing on deficits, we identify the individual's strengths, talents, interests, and neurodivergent profile to better understand how they learn, communicate, and thrive.
I – Identify Barriers
Together, we explore the obstacles that may be limiting success, including executive functioning challenges, social communication, anxiety, sensory needs, workplace expectations, or environmental factors.
D – Design Supports
Based on those insights, we develop practical, individualized strategies and supports that build on strengths while addressing identified barriers.
G – Guide Implementation
Support doesn't stop with a plan. Through coaching, practice, collaboration, and real-world application, we work together to build skills and confidence across school, work, and everyday life.
E – Evaluate and Evolve
Growth is an ongoing process. We regularly review progress, celebrate successes, adjust strategies, and refine goals to ensure supports continue to meet the individual's changing needs.
